RentalPass provides a digital platform for rental property management, tenant screening, and application processing. We connect landlords with prospective tenants through verified profiles and financial analysis.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to transmit false information, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the operation of the platform.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on RentalPass are owned by RentalPass SAS or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
RentalPass is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
